Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Your order is incomplete.

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit, when appropriate

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products returned because the customer did not enjoy the flavor or heat level
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it whenever possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we'll work with you to determine the best solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
